1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 75bmw ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 75bmw website located at 75bmw.app and all associated services.

2.3 Excluded Persons. 2.4 75bmw reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 75bmw may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 75bmw. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 75bmw reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 75bmw is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. You must notify 75bmw immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). 75bmw is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its regulatory obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with KYC procedures, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method when requested.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 75bmw accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other methods as published on the Platform. Available methods may change without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on 75bmw are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated fees are borne by the player.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Current limits are displayed in the Wallet section of your account dashboard. 75bmw reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed subject to completed KYC verification. 75bmw aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) minutes and bank transfers within the same business day, but does not guarantee these timeframes. Processing may be delayed where additional verification is required.
4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account, subject to 75bmw's anti-money laundering procedures. 75bmw reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve ( 12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as published on the Platform. 75bmw will provide reasonable notice before applying any such fee.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 75bmw are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Real money funds deposited into your account are wagered before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 75bmw reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free bets expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
5.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. 75bmw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a player will be honored subject to its stated terms.
6.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on 75bmw are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet before confirming it. 75bmw will not reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances described in these Terms.
6.2 Void Bets. 75bmw reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; (b) it was placed at an incorrect price due to a manifest error; (c) it was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed.
6.3 Manifest Errors. Where a bet is accepted at a price that is clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — 75bmw reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. 75bmw's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. Current limits are published in the relevant game or sportsbook section. 75bmw reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any player at its sole discretion.
6.5 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays. 75bmw does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets and accepts no liability for losses arising from market suspension during live events.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 75bmw and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
7.2 75bmw employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies to identify and act on prohibited conduct.
8.1 All content on the 75bmw Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game content, text, and data — is the property of 75bmw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 75bmw.
8.3 The 75bmw name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 75bmw. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
9.1 75bmw collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 75bmw implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 75bmw cannot guarantee absolute data security.
9.3 75bmw may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, regulation, or court order, or where necessary to prevent fraud or protect the integrity of the Platform.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75bmw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 75bmw's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 75bmw account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 75bmw does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 75bmw is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from 75bmw may do so by accessing the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, 75bmw will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.

12.1 75bmw reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) the player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players; or (d) 75bmw is required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, 75bmw reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including real money funds where permitted by applicable law and regulation.
12.3 Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 75bmw customer support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 75bmw operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to the relevant regulatory authority.
14.1 75bmw reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 75bmw will provide reasonable notice to players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
